Return Policy

We aim to bring you the highest quality of lab created diamonds, moissanite stones and cubic zirconia.  Our customer's satisfaction is our highest priority.

Our return policy on any order is 30 business days from the date of receipt.  Boutique Pavè has the right to reject any returns on the basis of the condition of the item. Please do not remove any label attached to our items, if so your item is deemed “worn or used” and is no longer returnable.

All items are shipped within the USA are shipped trackable and insured via the USPS or FedEx.  If your item is valued over $500, a signature upon receipt will be required, therefore we cannot ship to post office boxes.  If your item is lost during the shipping process we will submit a claim on your behalf.  If the shipping service cannot locate your package and they deem the package lost, an insurance claim will be paid to us as the shipper.  Once we receive the insurance claim check from the shipping service, we can either refund you for your purchase, or send you a replacement piece. This may take several weeks.   We cannot issue refunds or exchanges until this claim check is deposited.   Any losses or damages following confirmed delivery of your item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  We do not issue refunds or exchanges on lost or stolen items post confirmed delivery.

Once we receive your items (in the same condition) your refund will be issued to the credit card or pay pal account in which you originally paid. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process. Thank you!
